Press about 1 and 3/4 cups of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
Bake the crust for about 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Melt the sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the warm crust, sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture, and top with semi-crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
