  • 2 large cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional

Method
 

Prepare the Cucumbers
  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  2. Place the sliced cucumbers in a mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil if desired and serve immediately.
