  • 4 cups cucumber sliced
Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, add the sliced cucumbers.

  3. Top with croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese before serving.
