Ingredients
  

For the Cod
  • 4 fillets cod skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg beaten for binding
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Coating
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Coat the Cod
  1. Dip each cod fillet into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  2. Then, press the fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Air Fry the Cod
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets for added crispiness.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cod is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the cod from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of sides.
