Ingredients
  

Chicken Cutlets
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for dredging
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
Set Up Breading Station
  1. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Bread the Chicken
  1. Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
  2. Dip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  3. Coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Air Fry the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the breaded chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the cutlets and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken cutlets from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.
