Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Sauce
  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, thyme, and parmesan cheese, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  3. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
