Ingredients
  

Lobster
  • 1 lb fresh lobster meat cooked and chopped
Sauce Base
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter for sautéing
  • 1 cup heavy cream for creaminess
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour for thickening
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice for brightness
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle in the flour and whisk continuously for about 1 minute to create a roux.
  4. Gradually add the chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and continue to whisk until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste.
Add Lobster
  1. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat into the sauce.
  2. Allow the sauce to simmer for an additional 5 minutes to heat the lobster through.
  3. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
