Ingredients
  

Frozen Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cookie Dough Mixture
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

Prepare the Cookie Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until creamy.
  2. Add the heat-treated flour, vanilla extract, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
Make the Frozen Yogurt Base
  1. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine and Freeze
  1. Spoon a layer of the frozen yogurt base into the silicone mold, filling each cavity halfway.
  2. Add a small amount of the cookie dough mixture on top of the yogurt layer.
  3. Top with more yogurt to fill the molds. Smooth the tops.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and serve immediately.
