Prepare Muffin Batter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Bake Muffins
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the muffin batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Finish and Serve
- Remove the muffins from the oven and brush with melted butter.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
