Ingredients
  

Peaches
  • 4 whole ripe peaches halved and pitted
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon ground
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Peaches
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
Make the Cinnamon Sugar
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Place the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
  2. Drizzle the melted butter over the peaches.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the peaches.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the peaches are tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  2. Enjoy warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
