Prepare the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Make the Balsamic Glaze
- In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.
Combine Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.

- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Enjoy!
