- Combine caramel bits and milk in a microwave-safe bowl and melt.
- Drizzle melted caramel over marshmallows and spread evenly.
- Scatter chopped Butterfinger pieces over the caramel layer and press gently.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the bars.
