Ingredients
  

  • 6 1/2 pieces graham crackers
  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1 bag caramel bits 11 oz
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 bag Butterfinger Bites 10 oz, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange graham crackers at the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Evenly distribute mini vegan marshmallows over the graham cracker layer.
  4. Combine caramel bits and milk in a microwave-safe bowl and melt.
  5. Drizzle melted caramel over marshmallows and spread evenly.
  6. Scatter chopped Butterfinger pieces over the caramel layer and press gently.
  7. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the bars.
