Prepare the Chicken Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Chicken Patties
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- During the last minute of cooking, drizzle additional buffalo sauce over the patties if desired.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the taco tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Place a cooked chicken patty on each tortilla, then top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
