Ingredients
  

Buffalo Chicken Mixture
  • 1 lb ground chicken or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce plus more for serving
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small taco tortillas flour or corn
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Chicken Patties
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. During the last minute of cooking, drizzle additional buffalo sauce over the patties if desired.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the taco tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  2. Place a cooked chicken patty on each tortilla, then top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  3. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
