Method
Prepare the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Dough
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
Add the Filling
- Place a small piece of brie and a teaspoon of fig jam at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the Crescents
- Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle towards the point to form a crescent shape.
Bake
- Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired. Serve warm.
