Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 package crescent roll dough store-bought
Filling
  • 4 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp fig jam or fig spread
Topping
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme optional, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Dough
  1. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
Add the Filling
  1. Place a small piece of brie and a teaspoon of fig jam at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the Crescents
  1. Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle towards the point to form a crescent shape.
Bake
  1. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired. Serve warm.
