Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk warm
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
Filling
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk adjust for consistency
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Make the Filling
  1. In a small bowl, mix Biscoff cookie butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar until well combined.
Assemble the Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Spread the Biscoff filling evenly over the dough, then roll it up tightly from the long side.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into 8 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the Rolls
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the Glaze
  1. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Serve
  1. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
