Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats rolled or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder or any flavor you prefer
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles for decoration
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond flour, and sprinkles.
Combine Wet Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Mixtures
  1. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
Form Balls
  1. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Chill
  1. Place the protein balls on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
