- Wash the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly under cool running water and pat them dry. Place the dried spinach in a large mixing bowl.
- Slice the strawberries into thin rounds and add them along with the whole blueberries into the bowl with the spinach.
- Thinly slice the red onion and toss it into the mixing bowl along with the toasted pecans.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the mixture.
- Pour balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer until reduced by half, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in honey if desired.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and gently toss to combine all the flavors.
- Serve the salad immediately and enjoy!
