Ingredients

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders boneless and skinless

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Wet Mixture
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk optional for flavor

Method

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Breading

Prepare the Chicken
