Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts canned or frozen, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese garlic and herb flavor preferred
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel if using a stone.
  2. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the dough.
  3. Top with chopped artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
