Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Honey Mustard Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey preferably raw
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Mustard Glaze
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Coat the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey mustard glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Salmon
  1. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
