Ingredients
  

Flatbread Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water warm
Garlic Topping
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Roll Out the Dough
  1. Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
  2. Using a rolling pin, roll each piece into a flat round shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Prepare the Garlic Topping
  1. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, and chopped parsley.
Air Fry the Flatbreads
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush each flatbread with the garlic topping mixture.
  3. Place the flatbreads in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove the flatbreads from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  2. Enjoy warm with your favorite dips or as a side dish.
