Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Wash the russet potatoes under running water and scrub off any dirt. Dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- Rub each potato all over with oil and generously season with salt and pepper. Pierce each potato with a fork once in the middle.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the basket of your air fryer and set the timer for 40 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the center of one potato. If it glides in smoothly, they’re done. If not, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
