Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces russet potatoes approximately 300 grams each
  • 1.5 tablespoons oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash the russet potatoes under running water and scrub off any dirt. Dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  3. Rub each potato all over with oil and generously season with salt and pepper. Pierce each potato with a fork once in the middle.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the basket of your air fryer and set the timer for 40 minutes.
  5. Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the center of one potato. If it glides in smoothly, they’re done. If not, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
