Method
Cook Chicken
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Combine Ingredients
- Add the cooked rice and chicken back to the skillet. Pour in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and heat through, about 3-5 minutes.
Garnish and Serve
- Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
