Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups mixed greens such as arugula and spinach
  • 2 medium ripe peaches sliced
Cheese
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese torn into pieces
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens and sliced peaches.
  2. Gently toss to combine and transfer to a serving platter.
Add Burrata and Toppings
  1. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute it evenly over the salad.
