  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 large egg (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until well combined. Chill the dough for at least one hour.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop chilled dough, flatten it into disks, place a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center, fold edges over to seal into balls.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden; allow cooling on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
