Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternating with sour cream.

  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan; sprinkle turbinado sugar on top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
