  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by mixing flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water to form a dough. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
