  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • ¼ tsp salt (for frosting)
  • 2 ½ cups powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
