  • 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dulce de leche (or chocolate/caramel sauce)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or non-dairy milk)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. Add mini vegan marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispie cereal and shredded coconut until fully coated.
