  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Extra honey drizzle
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend 8 oz of drained feta cheese with 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add 1 cup of canned pumpkin puree, 1-2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, and freshly cracked black pepper. Blend until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Before serving, garnish with chopped walnuts (if desired), an extra drizzle of honey, and fresh thyme leaves.
  5. Serve with crusty toasted bread or crackers for dipping.
