  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk
  • 56 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  3. In a bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla until just combined.
  4. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup.
