  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning (half a packet)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and seasonings.
  2. Air fry the potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally until crispy.
