  • 2 cups Kodiak Pancake Mix
  • 1 package turkey sausage (cooked and chopped)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
