  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 4 Cups Beef Broth
  • 5 Carrots (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 Bay Leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the beef stew meat coated in flour and seasoning until browned.
