Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • lbs baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add halved baby potatoes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Stir occasionally for even cooking. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Season sirloin steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear steak in batches for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned but juicy.
  3. Add Garlic: Reduce heat to medium-low. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Return potatoes to the skillet and toss everything to combine.
  4. Heat Through: Let everything cook together for another minute or two to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
