  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Pickled Onions
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 2 stalks Green Onion (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cutting the salmon and chopping the veggies. Cook brown rice if needed.
  2. Season salmon with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook seasoned salmon nuggets for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
