- 2 cups Brown Rice (pre-cooked or frozen recommended)
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Edamame
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Pickled Onions
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 2 stalks Green Onion (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayo
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
