  • 1 medium head Cabbage (about 2 lbs; red cabbage can be used)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Yellow Onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into thin strips.
