  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the filling among them and top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the wraps seam-side down for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  5. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice in half and enjoy!
