  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the black beans, black-eyed peas, and sweet corn; pat dry.
