  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, then cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Hollow out the centers of the Kaiser rolls to form bowls.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic herb seasoning; brush inside each bread bowl.
  5. Bake bowls at 375°F for about 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with chicken and Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  7. Fill toasted bread bowls with the mixture and top with shredded parmesan.
  8. Return to oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.
