  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, melt unsalted butter and stir in granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
  2. Sift together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  3. Pour brownie batter into a greased springform pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until mostly clean when tested with a toothpick.
